Processing Time
None pre orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase.
Please note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Domestic Shipping

We ship worldwide! International shipping options:
Standard International Shipping (7–21 business days): 
 Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for further information.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your shipment using the link provided in the email.

Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We cannot be responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages
 If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@treatsmagazine.com within 7 days of delivery.
For lost packages, we will work with the carrier to locate your package or offer a replacement/refund if necessary.
