PRE ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read the following pre-order terms and conditions carefully before placing a pre-order. 

By placing a pre-order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. PRE-ORDER ELIGIBILITY

1.1 You must be at least 18 years old to place a pre-order on our website. 

1.2 By placing a pre-order, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements and agree to these terms and conditions.

2. PRE-ORDER PAYMENT

2.1 When you place a pre-order, you will be required to provide payment information. Payment will be charged in full at the time the pre-order is placed. 

2.2 We accept all payment methods available on Shopify.

3. PRE-ORDER AVAILABILITY AND SHIPPING

3.1 Pre-orders of Treats! Bares It All Book are expected to ship within 6- 8 weeks. However, please note that this timeframe is an estimate and not a guarantee. Events outside our control may affect the shipping date. 

When items are produced, the orders will be shipped to you, subject to availability. For some areas delivery will take longer.

Release date are subject to change. As a result, we cannot be liable for any changes to Release dates or pre-order windows advertised by us.

3.2 Normal shipping practices will apply to pre-ordered items. 

3.3 We ship worldwide, but customers are responsible for extra shipping costs outside the US.

4. CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION

4.1 We will keep you informed about the status of your pre-order via email and you will be notified before we ship.

4.2 Please ensure that your contact information is accurate and up-to-date.

5. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

5.1 By placing a pre-order, you agree that the pre-order cannot be cancelled or refunded. 

5.2 In the event of significant delays, we will keep you informed and work to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

6.1 We only accept returns if the product is delivered damaged. 

6.2 If your product arrives damaged, please contact us at info@treatsmagazine.com within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a return and replacement.
